If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a refund, please check the policies below:
Acceptable Return/Exchange Items:
• Products with manufacturing defects;
• Products that do not correspond to the description upon purchase.
• Products with different customization than requested.
Return/Exchange items not acceptable:
• Products damaged by the customer (stains, tears, etc.).
• Products that have been washed or worn.
• Items purchased on clearance or specific final sale promotions.
Return period:
The customers has up to 10 business days from receiving the product to request a return. The return period calculation excludes holidays and weekends, focusing only on business days.
